Loveland Products Inc., a division of CPS, offers a complete line of high performance crop input products including seed treatment, plant performance, nutritionals, adjuvant and crop protection products. Loveland Products brings new, unique chemistries to the marketplace to provide innovative solutions to problems across the agricultural and professional non-crop industries.

Plant Information

Located in Billings, Montana, the plant produces approximately 6 million gallons of liquid herbicide annually. The plant employs 35 people with roles in operations, maintenance, environmental compliance, QC laboratory, warehouse, rail/truck loading, office staff and site leadership.


TheWarehouse Worker/CDL Driver safely and consistently handles and delivers inbound raw materials and outbound liquid herbicide products. Performs daily vehicle inspections, and cleans and maintains equipment, and other duties as assigned. Operates diesel semi-truck and forklift as required. All major duties are associated with serving internal and external customers.

Key Tasks:

  • Comply with all plant policies and safety procedures
  • Follow all procedures in place for shipping and receiving
  • Unload and load semi-trailers with materials using forklift
  • Staging of packaging materials at packaging lines using forklift
  • Transport final product pallets from packaging lines to warehouse using forklift
  • Handle company owned equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Transport inventory to and from satellite warehouse in Billings (CDL required)
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory reconciliations
  • Be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds
  • Interface effectively with other plant departments
  • Assist in warehouse maintenance as requested
  • Work overtime as needed
  • Perform other various duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

Outside of the skills and necessary qualifications, our ideal candidate must be committed to achieving superior results with integrity and sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side others in a diverse culture.


  • Experienced and proficient at using a computerized inventory control program
  • Must use tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment and vehicles safely


  • Education – minimum of high school diploma or GED required
  • Valid and current CDL required with Hazmat Endorsement
  • At least two (2) years of warehouse experience including forklift operation
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen, and subject to random and other required substance abuse screening per company policy
  • Must pass a pre-employment forklift operating skills test and semi-truck driving test
