Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for setting up and maintaining business data in the BPCS computer system to include new item set up, existing item maintenance and product pricing. In addition, this position manages the product label procurement process as well as assisting in order entry, product allocations, product quality claims, shipment claims, and communicating shipment confirmations with expected delivery dates to customers.

Key Tasks:

  • Collect, manage, and enter data for new item set up and existing item maintenance in BPCS system
  • Communicate item addition and changes to other Loveland and CPS departments/function
  • Manage the internal product label/box procurement and inventory process
  • Manage vendors who print labels including pricing negotiations
  • Ensure Loveland Transfer Price sheet and BPCS system prices are kept up to date
  • Update customer order shipping status and communicate information as needed
  • Track and communicate shipping and receiving information to customers as requested.
  • Assist with order prioritization and resolution of logistical issues
  • Work with Loveland Product Managers and CPS Purchasing Managers to help manage customer allocations.
  • Manage the product quality claim process to include resolving complaints and issuing credits to customers
  • Work closely with accounting to issue customer credits and price corrections.
  • Coordinate with Registrations and Marketing to ensure products are registered in the state prior to shipments.

  • Strong time management skills, have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective knowledge of shipping and logistics functions
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure.
  • Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.


  • Associates Degree in Ag Business, Business, or Supply Chain required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. Agricultural background regardless of degree preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and work in a drug-free workplace.
