As an MIT, you willbe based in our Loveland, CO office location and will learn aspects of the following:

  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Service
  • Planning and Analysis
  • Truck & Rail Transportation Logistics

To be successfully selected as an MIT candidate, you must possess the following qualities/qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business

  • Proven results orientation

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative

  • Legally eligible to work in the US or Canada

  • Able to relocate for positions within Agrium Wholesale’s business areas as required

  • Knowledge and/or experience of Agricultural Business in Western Canada considered an asset

  • Interested in a future career in sales and business execution

  • Diversity in cultural experience/language is highly valued
