Reporting to the Manager, HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC), the Global Mobility Coordinator will be part of the HR SSC team in Loveland, Colorado supporting the Global Mobility Advisor with immigration and relocation activities, and supporting the broader HR SSC team with various HR systems and HR-related activities.

Key Tasks:

  • Supports the Global Mobility Advisor with immigration cases and relocation activity including: reporting, processing of payments, initiations, etc.
  • Track all relocation requests; prepare monthly reports tracking in-process and initiated transfers.
  • Provide all relocation, immigration and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Support the end to end relocation process from initiation through to payroll transfer.
  • Address questions raised by relocation provider and alert HR to any relocation issues.
  • Create purchase requisition/purchase orders for immigration services with third party vendors.
  • Assist with on-boarding activities and maintaining employee records in various HR systems as part of a larger HR Shared Services Center team as required.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail, process orientation and accuracy.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse assignees and their families.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi task in time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee/company information.
  • SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or other similar degree.
  • Paralegal certification is considered an asset.
  • 1-3 years of relevant global mobility, expatriate coordination, international payroll or tax preferred.
  • Previous experience in international human resources and/or international payroll issues preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word is considered an asset
