The Facts

The ‘Gateway to the Rockies!’ Loveland is located just 46 miles north of Denver on the I-25 Corridor. The Position

The Accounts Payable Representative II - Reconciliations will be responsible for the reconciliation of Vendor statements to the accounts payable liability balance in our systems. This includes reconciliation and resolution of debits, credits, missing documents, match exceptions, receivers (UMR), refunds or other transactions. This would involve coordination with our suppliers and various internal stakeholders.

Key Tasks:

  • Monitor and reconcile vendor statements to AP sub-ledgers and UMR.
  • Correspond with vendors and employees on resolutions.
  • Resolve discrepancies and generate reports.
  • Enter AP transactions.
  • Utilize business acumen and judgment in making decisions.
  • Any other job responsibilities as required by the Company’s discretion.

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 year experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Required or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in data entry and data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills.
  • Strong numerical skills.
