The Accounts Payable Representative - PCard will be responsible for the overall administration of Corporate PCards and the PCard program. This includes the issuance of new cards, replacement cards, assignment or adjustment of credit limits, setting system controls, generating reports and monitoring activity for company compliance. Some additional responsibilities include the expense reporting tool, insuring all settings are in compliance with company policy and/or government regulations.

Key Tasks:

  • Insure card requests and updates are processed accurately and timely
  • Monitor card activity for company compliance or needed updates
  • Insure expense report tool settings are compliant with company policy and government regulations
  • Assist internal customers, internal audit, and risk on system use and audits
  • Utilize business acumen and judgment in making decisions
  • Daily interaction with employees of all levels at various locations
  • Responsible for insuring all PCards are issued within company policy
  • Frequent interaction with bank issuer of PCards and system administration
  • Any other job responsibilities as required by the Company’s discretion

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • An Associate’s Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Required or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in data entry and data management
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and general computer skills
