This position term will begin inSeptember 2017for 12 months.

Possible Locations our co-op will be at either locations listed below:

  • Fort Saskatchewan Nitrogen Operations - Alberta
  • Vanscoy Potash Operations - Saskatchewan

Potential Disciplines we would be looking for:

  • Chemical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a safe working attitude and supports our Commitment to Zero initiative;
  • Preference is for 3rd or 4th year students who have previously completed a Co-op term
  • Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines as well as flexibility to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills which are essential for interacting with all levels of the organization;
  • Well-developed problem solving, organizational and analytical skills;
  • Effective writing skills including report writing and audit file documentation;
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Able to work as an effective and contributing member of the team or independently as the need arises.

Are you eligible?

Co-op students must be working towards a Chemical or Electrical Engineering degree at a post-secondary institution and enrolled in a co-op program, and returning to full-time studies upon completing their work term.
